Order Cancellations
- At SH SPARKLES , we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
- Please review all your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds only for items received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for a refund:
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory — from the moment the sealed package is opened, clearly showing the damage.
- The video must be unedited and continuous.
- The claim, along with video proof, must be submitted to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Once the damage is verified, we will either:
- Issue a full refund, or
- Send a replacement, based on your preference.
Please Note
- No claims will be accepted without proper unboxing video proof.
- We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of design
- Incorrect size selection
